  The Q4_K_M model was verified with llama.cpp CPU inference and returned RADIO OK. Windows VM execution and Gold Eval remain pending. Product activation still requires Race Engineer Go to consume this pack through its installer-owned local model-pack contract; this release does not enable a model picker or runtime download.
