Scope

Documents release `minilm-l6-v2-quint8-avx2-r1` (all-MiniLM-L6-v2 quint8 AVX2 ONNX model, WordPiece vocabulary, Apache-2.0 license text) as a Race Engineer installer build input in `docs/alpha-build-inputs.md`: immutable URLs, sizes, SHA-256 and provenance. The historical first-Alpha table stays unchanged; the record is a new dated section (its rows use the class "Installer required" so the existing Required/Optional table checks keep their meaning). `verify.yml` gains assertions for the three rows.

Validation

  • Ran the exact Python check embedded in `.forgejo/workflows/verify.yml` locally: passes with this change.
  • Hashes and sizes match the release's `SHA256SUMS` and asset sizes (license asset hashed locally: cfc7749b..., 11358 bytes).

Rollout impact

Documentation and CI check only; no release assets change. Race Engineer's lock entries (ids `minilm-model`, `minilm-vocab`, `minilm-license`) are added in the paired Race Engineer PR.
