Narrow truth/documentation precursor: current Race Engineer main does not list Natural Radio assets in its closed build/alpha-models.lock.json; historical Models records are therefore not current installer inputs or runtime authority.\n\nValidation:\n- existing Models inline verifier run locally\n- git diff --check\n- independent Sol review clean\n\nKnown check limit: Forgejo run #4775 stopped after one second before test output; local repository validation passed. No asset, licence, release, runtime behavior, or deployment change.

Independent Sol review approved source changes at bf910095ba3df2a6fe71bbba6d82105325c0d821.

Verified:

current Race Engineer main does not list Natural Radio assets in build/alpha-models.lock.json;
the malformed published 63-character runtime digest remains explicit and distinct from the independently recomputed asset digest;
this remains a narrow documentation/truth precursor and does not make manifest.json runtime authority or claim D1 readiness;
python scripts/verify_alpha_voice_contract.py, python -m compileall -q scripts, and git diff --check origin/main...HEAD pass locally.

Merge is blocked: Forgejo run 62/job 11826 failed before checkout because the runner could not pull forgejo-racelab-ci:latest; no repository CI gate executed. This requires owner/runner remediation and a successful rerun before any merge decision.
